Customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days from payment date.

If a refund is requested within 7 days:

• Access will be revoked.

• Registration will not proceed.

• No product will be shipped.

After 7 days:

• Membership registration becomes final.

• Physical products will be shipped.

• Refund eligibility ends permanently.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

5. International Customers

Customers outside Nigeria are responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Taxes

• Legal restrictions in their country

The Elite Legacy is not liable for customs delays, seizures, or regulatory issues outside Nigeria.
